Halavah and Abhay Sofsky are brothers who direct, produce, and edit award winning films, web series, music videos, and low to big budget commercial videos. They have worked alongside Alec Baldwin, Leonardo DiCaprio, Susan Sarandon, and Fisher Stevens. Puma, vitaminwater, Yahoo!, Klondike, Trojan, and Intel are some of the brands that Halavah & Abhay have worked with.

Abhay was an editor on The Last Dance, a ten-part ESPN & Netflix series about Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls. The series won a Emmy for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series and Abhay received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Picture Editing. He also edited100 Foot Wave, a six-part HBO documentary series that received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series. He was the editor and associate producer of the SXSW Grand Jury Prize winning documentary Beware of Mr. Baker, for which he received the IFF Boston Karen Schmeer Award for Excellence in Documentary Editing. His other credits include Naomi Osaka, Before The Flood, John Leguizamo’s HBO special Ghetto Klown, and a number of music videos for Vampire Weekend.

Halavah has produced and directed award winning content for clients like Amazon, Geico, Crayola, SlingTV, vitaminwater, Cheetos, and CollegeHumor. He directed the series Alec Baldwin's Love Ride which was seen on TruTV, starred Alec Baldwin, and featured Jim Gaffigan, Rachel Dratch, and Jemima Kirke. He also directed episodes of Live @ the Apt featuring Phoebe Robinson, Hasan Minhaj, and Mark Normand, which have racked up millions of views for Comedy Central. Halavah recently was a field producer on Season 4 of Showtime’s Desus & Mero and a co-producer on Season 2 of The Other Two for HBO Max. Previously, he was a consulting producer on the TV series The Chris Gethard Show, and producer on seasons 2 & 3 of Cop Show, which starred Colin Quinn, and featured Jerry Seinfeld, Steve Buscemi, and Chris Rock. Colby, the first feature film he produced, was seen at the Sarasota Film Festival, Newport Beach Film Festival, and New Orleans Film Festival. As a producer for CollegeHumor, Halavah helped create content that was seen by tens of millions including a Telly Award winning spot in the "Branded Content - Viral" category.

Halavah and Abhay are currently wrapping up production on the directorial debut of their first feature length documentary.
